We Must Support our County Sheriff

Time and again on my radio program we have discussed how our nation is fast becoming a "police state." Almost daily we hear of some government agency kicking in doors at 2:00 AM., making arrests, even shooting the unsuspecting home owner who tries to protect himself with a legal weapon when a friendly knock at the door, at a decent hour of the day by a local sheriff serving a warrant would have been sufficient.

One such story last month involved the United States Department of Agriculture with the aid of Virginia police raiding a game farm at 5 a.m., handcuffing the owner and shooting his pigs. The authorities said there was a suspicion of Psuedorabies within the herd. Psuedorabies has been controlled for decades by State Departments of Veterinary Medicine by testing herds and paying indemnity for animals if depopulation is necessary.

Could a local sheriff have stopped this event from happening? Jim Schwiesow is a retired sheriff with 46 years of law enforcement service, including 28 years as the duly elected sheriff of Sioux County, Iowa. Sheriff Schwiesow explains that the sheriff is unique in the law endorsement arena in that he is the last and only law enforcement administrator that is elected to his office by the people.

The administrative heads of all other law endorsement entities are appointed to their positions by mayors, city councils, politicians or other managerial boards. The people have no voice in the selection of these law enforcers, and no recourse if they do not agree with their policies.

The sheriff is the only law enforcement official with the authority to summon the power of the county. The sheriff has the right, granted by Posse Comitatus, to assemble a militia or posse, and the power to deputize citizens and require them to assist in the keeping of the peace and the enforcement of laws.

"The sheriff represents the power of the people; he does not represent the power of the state." When it comes to keeping the peace no one's authority exceeds that of the sheriff. The sheriff of that county not only had the authority; he had the absolute obligation to intercede to protect the constitutional rights of the owner of this farm.

Note the above quote! "The sheriff represents the power of the people; he does not represent the power of the state." How can we live in a national police state if the sheriff knows his authority and carries out his job? This certainly does not fit well into a new form of global governance or even a North American Community.

We must do away with the office of the County Sheriff and allow the State Police, the BATF, CIA, IRS, USDA, FBI, BLM, Forest Service and dozens of other gun toting bureaucrats to control our lives, harass our people and eat out our substance. This new form of government must render the military independent of and superior to the civil power, and is taking place right before our very eyes.

In the year 2000, the state of Connecticut abolished County Sheriffs by Public Act 00-01. All civil-process-serving deputies were sworn in as judicial marshals. The Delaware Constitution states that the sheriff of each of the state's three counties is the 'conservator of the peace." The Delaware "CODE' does not include sheriffs in its definition of "law enforcement officer." Deputy Sheriffs handle only civil matters, serving writs, summonses and other legal process such as carrying out sheriff's sales.

The Sussex County Sheriff claimed that the Constitution made him the chief law enforcement office of the county, thereby empowering him and his deputies to patrol the county and make arrests.

The issue came to a head when the Sheriff placed flashing emergency lights and sirens on his department's vehicles, leading the State Department of Transportation to suspend the vehicles' registrations and threaten arrest of any deputy sheriff who was driving such a vehicle. The Sheriff unsuccessfully argued for broader powers and has also unsuccessfully lobbied the Sussex County Council for expanded powers.

While all Nebraska counties have sheriff's departments responsible for general law-enforcement, Nebraska State Troopers are sworn state deputy sheriffs and are authorized to perform police services in all of Nebraska's 93 counties.

New Hampshire is make up of 10 counties and there are 10 High Sheriffs that are the highest ranking and most powerful uniformed law enforcement officers in the state.

This past June, Councilman Tim Crawford of Summit County, Ohio introduced a charter change that would replace the sheriff's department with a county police force and the Summit County executive would "appoint" a chief of police.

Do You Remember The Oath You Took ?

We may all want to think about the Oath we took as Americans when we entered military service or Public Office. Essentially, the format and requirement has not changed since 1775. Given the recent conduct of our President and members of Congress, it is time for all sovereign citizens to reevaluate our Oath and what it requires of us as honorable people before God and man.

Any thinking person applying reason, logic and common sense who possesses any stitch of ethics or morality can properly conclude that our President and the majority of our members of Congress are all operating and conducting themselves in direct violation of their Oath of Office. Only the American People themselves can hold their duly elected public servants and officials accountable. We must hold ourselves accountable for our own actions or inactions during these challenging times.

Certainly we should expect all military and public officials, regardless of stripe, to uphold their oaths or otherwise be subject to statutory and proper sanctions accorded to us by Law. Further, it is our own individual responsibility and not that of the courts to make the determination as to who are, in fact, Foreign and Domestic Enemies. Courts, judicial officers including attorneys and all public servants are subject to the same Oaths. Only you, the Citizen, can make a determination as to their conduct and loyalty to that oath. Our future depends directly upon to what degree we that this responsibility seriously, equitably and judicially. Good reading follows:

"I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God." (Title 10, US Code; Act of 5 May 1960 replacing the wording first adopted in 1789, with amendment effective 5 October 1962).

"I, _____ (SSAN), having been appointed an officer in the Army of the United States, as indicated above in the grade of _____ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservations or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God." (DA Form 71, 1 August 1959, for officers.)

5 U.S.C. Sec. 3331 Oath of office (Normally used throughout Ohio and for All Attorneys and Judges)

An individual, except the President, elected or appointed to an office of honor or profit in the civil service or uniformed services, shall take the following oath:

"I, ________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God."

This section does not affect other oaths required by law.

I have given up counting how many e-mails I have received telling me that the Kansas City Summit is a wonderful idea, but one that is too late to have any positive effect on our national demise. Hundreds would NOT be an exaggeration. Perhaps that is why registrations are lagging.

I must confess that recently I have read many comments on many national subjects, but they all fade into the fog when compared to what is coming and coming VERY soon to this nation. We are going to experience a seismic shift in government, a most likely war with catastrophic impact between the US, Iran and Syria. Through the Bush/Congress/Ashcroft “Patriot Act,” we will witness the final loss of our Bill of Rights, a serious internal provocation, and then fighting in the streets.

The government cannot wait to exert its final and irrevocable control over the entire American citizenry. It salivates at the thought of turning the “dogs of (internal) war” loose on the streets of our communities. These government provocateurs consider patriots, who believe that the 14th 16th and 17th amendments have helped bring ruin to America, as worthy enemies to be hunted down and silenced. It is counting the number of shackles, railroad boxcars, detention facility mats and magazine rounds it will take to forever subdue the resistance that will be offered by patriots who will make their final stands for the American Republic and fellow “citizens” who cower in their basements. (Now the real nutcases will be sending me love grams).

The infamous and evil international banking families are lending the money for war, and waiting for the profits to flood vault coffers so that they may lend the other side the dividends of their bloody business, so war may continue on and on and on, with the US leading the parades.

Hyperbole? Nutcase predictions? Write me off at your peril. Some will. Others will accept these evaluations as accurate and timely. We are at war with Islam. They want war. Without it and the eradication of Israel, Islam cannot see the return of their “savior.” They will attempt to bring about the utter destruction of America. Washington’s legions of conspirators, socialists, and Wall Street sellouts to the world business elites have indeed conspired with the bankers, the Illuminati element and home grown leftist terrorists to bring our sovereignty down and make us ripe for the international picking. . Some are disguised as illegal border runners from Mexico. All have one thing in common. Destroy America at any cost.

The Mexican communistas are of course, bent on reclaiming our southwest and are ready to take on and attempt to defeat our minutemen and militia members on the border. Thank Almighty God, I have received hundreds of e-mails from patriots who have stated they WILL stand and fight. It remains to be seen just how many will answer that final call. This day is approaching faster than you can possibly envision, while Senor’ Bush continues to allow our borders to be breeched by criminal gangs.

I will speak in hypothetical terms so that I can avoid for a while yet, BATFE, FBI, IRS, US Marshals, and the infamous Dept. of Agriculture’s armed poultry inspectors from parachuting into my front yard and taking me out because I will NOT be silent in the face of a socialist police state committed to taking over this Republic by stealth and direct force.

Can it be anymore clear? Our system has been severely damaged. The rotten participants in Congress have violated their oaths of office and need to be criminally indicted. It is not happening. Why? The judicial branch is to busy prosecuting patriots and tampering with juries. The Justice Department is working overtime to allow moronic US attorneys to harass and charge our border agents with “crimes” that are designed to fulfill the emasculation of ICE teams so that the North American Union will be the “final solution to the immigrant question.” George Eichmann Bush wants this plum for the Council on Foreign Relations. In this scenario, it won’t be the immigrants forced to retreat to Mexico or put into detention camps, it will be Americans who attempt to hold the line at the border and resist this sell-out abandonment by Washington that will be “taken care of.”

Hypothetically speaking, American citizens must take two roads as they are pushed aggressively toward this day of reckoning. All rational patriots must begin assessing their preparation for widespread government disruption of the “system.” That includes road closures, essential grid shutdowns (electrical, water, communications, food and medical rationing), and attempts to relocate you and your family as well as “occupation” by the American military, police and foreign troops assigned to subdue and contain resistance. At the same time, Americans must work with their local and regional supporters in the Sheriff’s offices, and the Minutemen and Militia, to suppress invading hordes from the south. Canadians will head further north NOT south if this hypothetical event should occur.

A hypothetical “tripwire” for open resistance is the attempt by the constitutionally illiterate, socialist, Democratic feminist moron representative from New York, Carolyn McCarthy to ban firearms. She has introduced HR 1022 that is a virtual gun ban bill designed to devastate the 2nd amendment. This bill is not only unconstitutional, it is anti-constitutional. This bill should never see the light of day. It would be, if passed or signed, enough justification for me to join my fellow patriots at a symbolic Concord and Lexington, you name the place, “loaded musket” in hand. It is a line in the sand, I tell you for certain.

As Mr. Jefferson noted, and our Declaration of Independence encouraged, we have the DUTY to throw off tyrannical governments and REPLACE them with “new guards.” So…will you stand and fight, hide or surrender?

McCarthy should be chased out of Washington, down the Potomac and into the Atlantic. No life vest. A State of Emergency should be declared by the American people, and all of congress should face a massive Grand Jury inquest in say,…..Boise. After the dust settles, let’s try Congress again with farmers, factory workers, moms and dads, some lumberjacks and cowpunchers. Such a house cleaning would almost assure a capable, practical and American interest’s only Congress, as an absolute priority in the operation of this nation.
No more foreign aid TO ANYONE. Pull every soldier home from war or occupation. Let the world take care of itself. Throw out the Federal Reserve, the UN, and foreign troops stationed here. Round up the illegals, send them home and cancel social security benefits to Mexicans for God’s sake, so that I (native born, paying since 1966) might possibly receive some of my life time paid-in premiums when I reach 65.

Eliminate all of the government encroachment and massive federal programming designed to enslave Americans through communistic styled illegal taxation, unnecessary regulations by the thousands, and foolish legislation inspired by unnecessary litigation that robs Americans of rights, freedoms, and personal state Citizen sovereignty.

While I am being, hypothetically speaking, “offensive,” I might as well add the homosexual militants to the list. I do so because they have been arrogantly dishonest about their plans for society since 1975.

First, it was all about being left alone. Then it was “respect our choice.” Then it was, “you WILL respect us.” Then came, “respect us or we will take you to court.” Later, it was, “I am not only going to take you to court so you WILL respect me, I WILL blackmail some of you so that you WILL sponsor hate crime legislation so you won’t dare criticize us, just before we out you anyway.” Followed by, “listen world, you WILL teach our lifestyle in school, you WILL shut-up in the churches about sodomites living among you, or we WILL violently disturb your lives, your church services, dress up in our many city “gay” parades as horribly evil caricatures of religious leaders and finally we WILL insult your families, your culture and your heterosexual way of life.” So much for tolerance, truth and honesty. You see, they couldn’t sell it any other way. They had to use deception from the start with lies that perpetuated their agenda of distortion, evil, and degenerate behavior.

I do not consider drugs, or morality issues as “victimless crimes.” Society is at risk because people who engage in this immorality are subject to black-mail, raging jealousy, child molestation (NAMBLA), disease, altered states, emotional, mental, and judgmental mistakes by pilots, surgeons and police officers. I have not fallen for the justificational propaganda that tries to validate this whole area. IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, NOT NORMAL, AND NOT TO BE DEFENDED IN SOCIETY SO THAT WE CAN PRETEND AND PROMOTE THAT IT IS. The “evolution of society” from what it was…ordered, cultured and possessing a clear knowledge of right and wrong (with generational exceptions of course) has NOT been beneficial. Who in society or in Congress just assumed that millions of Americans believe in an “evolving” constitution that allows for any behavior because it has been sold to ignorant people as a right or freedom. I am personally offended by immoral and deviant behavior. No amount of cheap talk, federal lawsuits or intense pressure from foul “human rights” groups will change that fact. In that, I am joined by tens of millions of Americans who have had enough and will make their collective voices heard. To militant homosexuals who have targeted my grandchildren, I quote this line from the movie, “Tombstone.” “You tell them I’m coming, and Hell’s coming with me.” Enough is enough. Pack your bags, get back in the closet and leave my family alone.

This is only a beginning. However, if congress has FORCED me to think along hypothetical lines as described above, then I might as well consider going all the way to the US Capital and aggressively point the way to the city limits for Shumer, Biden, Kennedy, McCarthy, and 531 others.

Got it? Do you have a picture of what these sell-out, professional thieves and world governance prostitutes have done to our Republic? If you don’t then you better run and hide or surrender to a company of German troops on the prowl in Peoria down the road. Hypothetically speaking, you’d be far better off with them than running into me. The moment of ultimate decision making is at hand. Selfish, stupid, lazy, Americans SHOULD run, hide, or join turncoat McCarthy. She will be doing her best freestyle east towards socialist Europe, and you should join her. That’s it. No compromising, no more nice talk, no more tolerance, no political correctness. Get out, get out of the way, change course, restore the Republic, or face the consequences.

This Independence Day, July 4th, 2007

Is not clip art great, the cut and paste thing and Google Images. Well these two photo plates are descriptive of a time, a past era, upon which our basic concepts of freedom are founded. They further depict sacrifice for principals which all seem to be vanishing, yet longing to be recaptured, rekindled, that spirit of Freedom, Liberty, Responsibility, Duty, Honor and Country.

This 4th of July Celebration should be a good time to honestly reflect on the current state of the Union, the Republic, our Homeland. I am really not sure if the Bushkovites attempting to run our show are doing so in the solom tradition and example laid down by those depicted here to your left.

What does all of this mean to you this 4th of July, 2007. To him and her that much has been give by these who have gone before you, much will be required from you to keep their candle lit, their sacrifices not to have been in vane. Hopefully you will think about this give your children pause to reflect on same.

Enjoy this day, there may be few remaining given the current direction of the Union.

Police State or Judgement or Both ?

Sad but true, can you see what is just around the corner for America. We now have a Fascist State , meaning corporate control over every facet of government. Simply put, Americans have become corrupt and decadent, like any dying think attracting disease and pestilence. Healthy Republics presuppose politically healthy citizens with a Godly and biblical world view.

The American people simply do not have the will to resist its march into slavery and sorrow. Yet we hope and pray it is not too late, but honestly, do your homework, look around and then come to your own conclusion. That does not mean that we should not do all in our power to sound the trumpet, to all, for repentance (turning around based upon new intelligence and understanding). That is our duty even knowing in our hearts it is way too late.

Christ left us with a few warnings about the time we are living in. "Beware of those who say they are Jews and are not, but of the synagogue of Satan; a couple of times He repeated this statement. Maybe better translated now as "Beware of those who call themselves Americans and Christians and are not, but are directly or indirectly servants of the synagogue of Satan. (global monopoly capitalist monetary elite, stockholders of the New World Order) - (the love of money, silver and, gold - being the root of all evil)

We have lost our faith, our courage, our steel, our guts, our sense of duty, our honor and, certainly our Country. What a pathetic bunch we are, arrogant prostitutes and still building fun churches and working hard to be politically correct, white washed seplecurs full of dead men's bones. We are without excuse, we have truly become the great whore and we justly deserve what is certainly coming. To him that much was given, now much will be required. We have truly pissed it up against the wall, our lamps are without oil!

Given all of the above, hopefully when this hits the fan, you are ready, prepared, and without whining and whimpering, wondering what happened. Lots to think about if you have not already lost that ability while on your way to Wall Mart or First Fun Church !

Words to the wise aught to be sufficient, so let,s get off of our dead asses and do what we can in preparation for our justly deserved Judgement surely coming. We are about to reap what we have been sowing, my friend !!

Last week, there were massive public protest and objections from organizations on both the right and left against the grassroots lobbyist bill H.R. 2093, sponsored by Reps. Shays and Meehan. As a result of this outcry, H.R. 2093 was abandoned in the House Judiciary Committee. The question that remained was: Would liberal Democrats attach similar language to the Conyers lobby reform bill, H.R. 2316, when it came up for a full House vote?

Yesterday, there was no attempt to attach language placing heavy reporting requirements upon grassroots citizen activist groups. This victory in the House follows the January defeat of the very similar Sec. 220 of Senate bill S. 1., sponsored by Sens. Levin and Lieberman, representatives of Jewish liberal activism (Anti-Defamation League). This should end attempts in this Congress to hamstring Christian/conservative groups through oppressive restrictions. Getting Through to Congress:

The people, having spoken resoundingly, have again altered the course of history. Organized patriots are now free for at least another several years to exercise their First Amendment rights of petition unencumbered by onerous government regulations. We can now move forward to destroy the remaining bias, speech, and hate crimes bills pending in Congress. The most threatening are:

First, S. 1105, “The Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Prevention Act.” This slowed in its previously rapid momentum forward to a vote in the Senate and now resides in the Senate Judiciary Committee. It was delayed in order to allow Jewish, liberal, and homosexual groups to build pressure upon President Bush to reverse his decision to veto it. S. 1105 could now go forward rapidly to a Senate vote. Call your Senators, reminding them that if they vote for the hate bill you and your friends will never vote for them again. Second, ENDA, “The Employment Non-Discrimination Act.” This pro-homosexual, anti-Christian legislation, introduced by openly homosexual Rep. Barney Frank is now in the House Judiciary but has not been assigned to the Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties. Call all members of the House Judiciary, listed at www.truthtellers.org, toll free at 1-877-851-6437 or toll at 1-202-224-3121. Tell them: “Please don’t vote for “The Employment Non-Discrimination Act,” H.R. 2015. It is my privilege, not homosexuals', to determine who can rent my apartment or be employed in my business."

By massive calling of members of the House Judiciary earlier this year, protesting the hate bill, we were spectacularly successful in energizing Republican Judiciary members to stand up and fight. These calls since early January are largely responsible for the unprecedented Republican opposition which led to yesterday’s House victory.

We need to be proactive against ENDA in the same way, making this bill so high profile and controversial that even Democrats will back away from it, fearful that an increasingly alienated constituency might vote them out of office.
Hope for the Future

American people, the evidence is undeniable: You are beginning to take back control of your government. The President and many in Congress, particularly on the issue of free speech, are listening to you as never before in recent years. There is a very real chance now that not just the hate bill but every one of the five bias and speech control bills that have come before Congress can be defeated.

Regardless of what happens in Europe, America may yet be an island of truth and freedom. Together, looking to God for courage and guidance, we can re-create America as a bastion of liberty to be enjoyed by us and our children -- at least for the next generation.

The quotations by great Americans of the past serve us all well as reminders of just how far we have slid off of our foundation, sickening but true. Oscar winning actor Marion Michael Morrison, better known as John Wayne, was born MAY 26, 1907.

A U.S.C. football player, he worked behind-the-scenes at Fox Studios, before being discovered by director John Ford, who cast him in epic western and war films.
On May 26, 1979, Jimmy Carter said:

Our Shame - Our Legacy

The purpose of my blog here is to share news and thoughts I come across going through my daily e-mail and reading subscriptions to those things of interest to me. I have been and still am very concerned about my country's exportation of death and destruction all in the name of National Security, acceptable Foreign Policy and of course, criminal politics.

There has been much abuzz lately concerning our military use of Depleted Uranium in the manufacture of munitions, from cartridges to ariel bomb casings. Doing a little research on the subject leaves one sickened as to the extent of and the lasting devastation these materials leave behind in flesh and soil.

It is beyond reason to me how a civilized people (America) can sanction such slow genocide upon their own children sent off to a meaningless war and also upon children far from the shoes of our homeland. How in God,s name can any thinking person sanction such behavior and unlawful acts as to bestow such lethal poison upon humanity. It is shameful to me that the American people have sunk so low with their preoccupations to have allowed such criminal behavior from their employees in government. A bill to expand the definition of federal hate crimes law has now been approved by the U.S. House. On May 3, the House passed H.R. 1592, — “The Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act” -- by a vote of 237-180. The focus now shifts to the Senate, where the bill number is S. 1105. I've already told you about how H.R. 1592 will destroy equal justice (setting up a victim hierarchy), set up a Gay Gestapo with unlimited funds and send grandma to jail for sharing her faith on the public sidewalk, as happened in Philadelphia. But what you may not know is how this bill scheduled for a vote in the House this week will come after pastors and all those who disagree with the homosexual agenda out loud. H.R. 1592 the so-called "hate crimes" bill isn't about hate. It isn't about "crimes" (there are already stiff penalties against crimes); it's about speech.
Forget theory. Let me give you a real-world example. Here's a question: Which is worse? Actions or words? Robbing someone or calling him a mean name? Which one deserves the greater penalty?
Before you answer, let's say the name was really mean, like being called "Four-eyes!" I played on the public school playground, used to wear glasses and have been victimized personally by such horrific verbal assaults. They hurt my feelings. And there ought to be stiff penalties for something like that. Stiff like 23 years behind bars? I don't think so. But the state of New Hampshire does.

Inasmuch as no one, except perhaps Islamic terrorists, advocates injuring innocent people, the question has to be raised: "Is 'hate crime' legislation about preventing crime, or is it designed to promote the homosexual agenda by silencing opposing viewpoints?"

The current wording of "hate crime" legislation actually commits a hate crime against those who "think" differently than the State.

Jefferson was against this, as Europe, at the time America was founded, had established: "Whatever the king believed the kingdom had to believe."

Not wanting government to dictate their beliefs was a major reason why religious refugees fled to America.

England established Anglican beliefs, passing the Oath of Supremacy in 1559 and the Test Act in 1673, which barred all nonconformist Protestants and Catholics from holding public office.

Today's radical left is establishing a new State-authorized belief, a new Oath of Supremacy, a new Test Act.

On June 29, 2004, Sweden arrested 63-year-old Pastor Ake Green for reading Bible verses at church. The prosecuting attorney stated: "One may have whatever religion one wishes, but this is an attack on all fronts against homosexuals. Collecting Bible cites on this topic as he (Pastor Green) does makes this hate speech."

France and Canada fined legislators for voicing opinions that did not embrace radical homosexuality.

In Boston, the State ordered Catholic Charities to violate their religious beliefs and place children in gay households or cease all their adoption operations.

Siding with radical homosexuals are Islamic jihadists who want the "hate crime" bill passed to muzzle those who expose them.

Jefferson would be against taxing people to promote a sexual agenda in which they disbelieved, as he wrote in his Draft For a Bill For Establishing Religious Freedom, 1779:

"To compel a man to furnish contributions of money for the propagation of opinions which he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical."

Jefferson would oppose the U.S. Congress coercing with "civil incapacitations" those who "think" differently than the State, those who hold traditional American religious beliefs regarding sex and marriage, as he wrote in his Virginia Statute of Religious Liberty, Jan. 16, 1786:

"Almighty God hath created the mind free, and manifested His Supreme Will that free it shall remain by making it altogether insusceptible of restraints."

"That all attempts to influence it by temporal punishments, or burdens, or by civil incapacitations, tend only to begat habits of hypocrisy and meanness, and are a departure from the plan of the Holy Author of religion, who being Lord both of body and mind, yet chose not to propagate it by coercions on either, as was in his Almighty power to do, but to extend it by its influence on reason alone. ...

"Be it therefore enacted ... that no man ... shall be enforced, restrained, molested, or burdened in his body or goods, nor shall otherwise suffer, on account of his religious opinions or belief.

"But that all men shall be free to profess and by argument to maintain their opinions in matters of religion, and that the same shall in no wise diminish, enlarge, or affect their civil capacities."

In light of the Democrat Congress promoting the gay agenda, Jefferson gave interesting insight in his Draft For A Bill For Establishing Religious Freedom, 1779:

"The impious presumption of legislators ... being themselves but fallible ... have assumed dominion over the faith of others, setting up their own opinions and modes of thinking as the only true and infallible, and as such endeavoring to impose them on others. ...

"Proscribing any citizen as unworthy the public confidence by laying upon him an incapacity of being called to offices of trust ... unless he profess or renounce this or that religious opinion ...

"The opinions of men are not the object of civil government, nor under its jurisdiction. ...

"To suffer the civil magistrate to intrude his powers into the field of opinion ... destroys all religious liberty."

The Danbury Baptist Association complained to Jefferson, Oct. 7, 1801, that the state government of Connecticut established the Congregational denomination, thus discriminating against the religious opinions of Baptists:

"Sir ... Our Sentiments are uniformly on the side of Religious Liberty – That Religion is at all times and places a Matter between God and Individuals – That no man ought to suffer in Name, person or effects on account of his religious Opinions – That the legitimate Power of civil Government extends no further than to punish the man who works ill to his neighbor. ...

Jefferson agreed with the Baptists, Jan. 1, 1802:

"Believing with you that religion is a matter which lies solely between man and his God, that he owes account to none other for faith or his worship, that the legislative powers of government reach actions only, and not opinions, I contemplate with solemn reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should 'make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,' thus building a wall of separation between Church and State."

Traditional Judeo-Christian religious doctrine believes sex is sacred between a man and a woman. The proposed "hate crime" bill would amount to the U.S. Congress assuming authority over religious doctrine, something Jefferson's "wall" was to prevent, as he wrote to Samuel Miller, Jan. 23, 1808:

"I consider the government of the United States as interdicted by the Constitution from intermeddling with religious institutions, their doctrines, discipline, or exercises. ...

"Certainly no power to prescribe any religious exercise, or to assume authority in religious discipline, has been delegated to the General government. ...

"I do not believe it is for the interest of religion to invite the civil magistrate to direct its exercises, its discipline, or its doctrines. ...

"Every religious society has a right to determine ... their own particular tenets."

Prior to the Revolution, Jefferson opposed the Intolerable Acts passed by the British Parliament in 1774, which treated individuals loyal to the Crown as "more equal" before the administration of justice than American rebels.

If "all men are created equal," as Jefferson wrote in the Declaration, then criminals who commit the same crime should be punished equally, regardless of their victim's sexual preferences.

To punish criminals more based on who the victim is establishes that all other victims are of less value, unequal. It is a zero sum equation – to give special rights to one group is to take rights from another group.

The "hate crime" bill before Congress would amount to a "don't ask don't tell policy" for those of traditional Judeo-Christian beliefs.

Radical gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, etc., not only want to come out of the closet, they want to push Christians into it. They want to commit the crime on others that they have accused others of having committed against them.

Jefferson would have hated a "hate crime" bill where the legislative powers of government censored people who held traditional Judeo-Christian religious opinions regarding sex.

Could it be that the real hate crime is about to be committed by the radical left against those who hold traditional American values?

President Reagan asked the Ecumenical Prayer Breakfast, Aug. 23, 1984:

"The frustrating thing is that those who are attacking religion claim they are doing it in the name of tolerance. ... Question: Isn't the real truth that they are intolerant of religion?"

Ohio Company Implants Workers With ID Chips And in Ohio, a private video surveillance company called CityWatcher has embedded radio transmitter ID chips into two of its employees. It is believed to be the first time U.S. workers have been electronically tagged for identification purposes. Privacy activist Liz McIntyre said “There are very serious privacy and civil liberty issues of having people permanently numbered.” The company has planted the electronic chip into the upper right arms of two employees. The implants ensure that only those two employees have access to a room where the company holds security video footage for government agencies and the police. The "radio frequency identification tags” are made by the U.S. company VeriChip. The technology allows a company or government to permanently track anyone embedded with an ID chip.

Reporting technology currently in place which eventually could be used when the edict is issued to take the mark of the beast in the right hand or in the forehead in order to buy or sell or be killed.

Well folks, here the little devil is, your handy-dandy RFID Chip ready for implantation in man, brat or beast. Great tool to keep track of the kids, your medical data, police reports, old girlfriends, just about whatever information felt needed or useful. From April, 23 to April 27, the elite echelon of the military are running Noble Resolve 07, a four-day marathon of “simulated” terror attacks across the US and Europe. This includes a simulated detonation of a “loose” ten-kiloton nuclear weapon Virginia harbor, smuggled in by a “foreign nation.”

This week Dick Cheney has also been warning of the “very real” threat of a nuclear attack on an American city. Could the Nobel Resolve drills be used as a screen for a false-flag attack to be blamed on Iran, Hezbollah, Al-Qaeda, or sheep-dipped Americans like Adam Gadahn?

The drills are being run by Joint Task Force Command (JTFCOM), Northern Command (NORTHCOM), J9 Joint Innovation and Experimentation Directorate, FEMA’s command bunker, the Department of Homeland Security, and Virginia police.

The US Marines are also running “Emerald Express 07” in Virginia on April 24 as part of their Urban Warrior 07 drill package.

It is important to note the “Nobel Resolve” drills are dominated by NORTHCOM, the branch of “homeland defense” based in Colorado and responsible for shutting down the United States under martial law, as well as ushering in the merger of the US, Canada, and Mexico via the SPP.

Meanwhile the J9 Directorate, formulates various terror scenarios and uses advanced computer modeling to run drills and predict human reactions; Recent articles highlight how they are using virtual environments to create and manage realistic war scenarios with millions of “people.”

“He said the scenario of the experiment's first phase starts with multinational partners and goes down to individual municipalities. It begins with a threat that originates in Europe and travels toward the United States.”

We must remember that CIA agent Philip Giraldi warned the American Conservative magazine that STRATCOM would launch a nuclear attack on Iran in the wake of a new WMD-style attack on American soil.

And the Russian media and former Russian military members continue to warn that an American and Israeli strike on Iran is imminent.

While many drills are run every month, Nobel Resolve 07, with it’s “realistic” scenarios, comes at a time of increased geopolitical tension. It is reminiscent of the drills in 2005, where a ten-kiloton nuclear weapon was “simulated” to explode in South Carolina. Some speculated that four-star Gen. Kevin Byrnes, of the Fort Meade TRADOC command, was fired due to his exposure of the drill.

We should not live in a constant state of panic and fear, or make any irresponsible predictions about Noble Resolve 07. But in the coming days, we can email this information to blogs, media outlets, friends and family. Congressmen, and others to help inoculate against any possibility that rogue “red teams” inside the drills may be activated.

The enemies of the Constitution are growing in number and are to be found now, not just in the White House and the Congress, but also in state capitals, from Washington to Vermont.

Not only do we have a president and vice president who are almost daily undermining and rending at the fabric of the Constitution. Not only do we have Democratic Party leaders actively barring the party's elected representatives from standing up to the president by submitting bills of impeachment, as called for in the Constitution.

We now have Democratic Party leaders in state legislatures betraying Founder Thomas Jefferson, by sabotaging grassroots efforts to get joint legislative resolutions passed demanding the start of impeachment proceedings in the House.

Thomas Jefferson, a complex and personally deeply conflicted human being was, as a philosopher of government, incredibly prescient. Not only did he foresee the critical need for a section laying out the inalienable rights of man in the nation's founding document. He also understood the concept of a "beltway bubble" long before there were even paved roads, much less interstate highway beltways.

Jefferson understood that a monomaniacal and unprincipled president, particularly in time of war or national crisis, could intimidate members of Congress-particularly a weak Congress riven by political rivalries-and prevent that body from going forward with impeachment. He understood that members of Congress themselves, remote geographically and politically from their constituents, could eventually become so isolated they would fail to act in accordance with the wishes of the voters who sent them to Washington. That's why Jefferson came up with an alternative way of initiating impeachment proceedings, in addition to the standard Constitutionally-prescribed method of having a House member submit an impeachment bill. His solution, laid out in his Manual of the Rules of the House, was to allow a joint resolution by any state's legislature calling for impeachment to also require the House to initiate impeachment.

Over the past year, there have been grassroots campaigns underway in at least 10 states to get such resolutions passed.

Unfortunately, the Democratic leaders of a number of state legislatures, working in collusion with, or at the direction of even more craven Democratic Party leaders in Washington, are undermining Jefferson, and are sabotaging his carefully crafted mechanism for defending and protecting the Constitution and ensuring the survival of democratic freedoms.

In New Mexico, Democratic leaders in the state senate, after earlier voting in favor of an impeachment resolution, suddenly turned around and defeated a procedural effort to bring an impeachment resolution to the floor for a vote, effectively killing the measure. A similar effort was made by party leaders in the Washington State Senate, though a second effort to get that bill, Senate 8016, to a floor vote will be made tomorrow (Friday).

In Vermont, where 38 town meetings in March all voted out impeachment resolutions, and called on the state's legislature to pass an impeachment resolution, the Democratic leaders of the state House and Senate are apparently blocking attempts to move a resolution to a floor vote (where it would likely pass).

In each case, there is evidence that Congressional leaders in Washington, often with the assistance of members of each state's own Congressional delegation, have been leaning on Democratic legislative leaders in the statehouses, to pressure them to kill the impeachment resolutions.

This tactic represents a grotesque betrayal of Thomas Jefferson, who expressly saw the state legislative resolution route to impeachment as a way of letting the public, at the state level, send a message to Congress, not the other way around. By squelching such efforts from Washington, the Democratic Party is using top-down power to undermine the popular will.

Polls have repeatedly shown that a majority of Americans, and an overwhelming majority of Democrats, want to see the president impeached and brought up on charges for lying to put the country into an illegal war, for illegally ordering the National Security Agency to spy on Americans without a warrant, for abusing power by invalidating acts of Congress, for ordering torture, for covering up the outing of a CIA undercover agent, and for myriad other crimes. Yet the Democratic Party leadership has decided that it is in the Democratic Party's short-term interest to ignore these dangerous assaults on the Republic and the Constitution. The thinking among party leaders is that by laying low and doing little, Democrats can reap gains in the 2008 national election.

Maybe they're right about that. Maybe they're not. But impeachment in any case is not about partisan gain. It is a process mandated by the Constitution when freedom is under threat. Every member of Congress took an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution from attack by enemies foreign and domestic.

We all know that the Bush administration is wrecking the Constitution, and that it is trying to turn the presidency into an all-powerful dictatorship.

In the face of that assault, the national Democratic Party, far from standing up for the Constitution and for democracy, is proving to be an abettor in the crime.

Now state party leaders are showing themselves to be just as craven and cowardly.
