Well, hell, just realized that I did not moderate the comments to this blog, but you know, I have always been a late arriver, yet we play until we win, don,t we !!!This is me, the Sage, down here in my basement right on the Ohio River in Pomeroy, Ohio. I have a cabinet shop down here where I make whatever we need for this little apartment including Top Bar Beehives, slingshots, can crushers and alternative energy gismos Also, I have an extensive communications area down here where I can monitor local, state and world news, mostly over the internet, but also short wave. I appreciate so much the comments which you all left and I apologize for not acting sooner regarding their posting. All should be corrected now.
I must confess that I am so burdened concerning our beloved Country and what faces her, you and I and those we love so much. America is in big trouble and we are about to reap what we have sown - Mother Earth and Father God is about to give us a can of whip- ass for having been such piss poor stewards of our freedoms, liberties and sacred trusts. He gave it all to us and we simply have pissed it up against the wall through our loss of our First Love. I am angry inside and I realize that the enemy is gaining on us and our only recourse is to look ourselves in the mirror and then to Repent, get down on our knees and ask God to forgive us and then to show us the way and to lead and guide us unto all truth and show us those things to come. He is probably speaking to your spirit as he is me, maybe in different ways, yet we all know there is a storm out there on the horizon making its way and one to be reckoned with.
I am reminded of how God told Joshua to tell the King to get his barn full and that he had only 7 years to accomplish the task, then all hell would brake loose. I think that is where we are and as a family, we need to prepare for ourselves and for each other. The purpose of this Blog is to pass on that which I feel and am led to share with the hope that it will be of some service as we approach this transition time prophesied long ago and certainly recorded by the Prophets and that found in the Book of Revelations as given to St. John.
Make no mistake about it, food is going to be KING, so, do what you can to prepare for empty shelves, find a farmer, do some volunteer work in exchange for digging in the ground, planting some seed, stock up, guns, grease and gords and for God,s sake, pray for His guidance, for in the end, that will be all you have, be led of the Spirit, whatever that means to you, take time to listen to your spirit and don,t get so damn busy with the cares of this world that you miss the boat.
Stay tuned to this blog as I will do my best to pass along that which should be of interest to you. For those of you who have children, teach them what you can, those things that have lasting value such as survival skills, swinging a hammer, building a brick wall, hunting, fishing, skinning, butchering, canning, welding, I could go on and on. Get them out of sports bullshit and teach them where food comes from, let them get hungry and cut them loose it they don,t get the picture and start pissing and moaning. Hard ass, arn,t I - yet if you love them, you will provide them with skills they can use or find someone who can teach them.
